Can you book Shibuya Sky tickets in English?

Not on the official site. Shibuya Scramble Square's ticket pages are Japanese-only, and the English URLs people share do not exist: the site returns a page with HTTP 200 that reads "404 Not Found", so a link can look live and be nothing. We checked this directly on 21 September 2026. Both /sky/en/ and /sky/ticket/en/ return a 200 response whose body is the site's not-found page. An English ticket page exists only on the operator's test subdomain, which is not a place to send anyone.
The soft 404, and why it matters
A normal missing page returns HTTP 404 and your browser or a link checker can tell. Shibuya Scramble Square returns HTTP 200 with a body that says 404, which means automated checks pass and shared links look valid.
